These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with registered address at EO-08, In5 Tech, Internet City, (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the mobile application, website, dashboards, software, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING FOR, OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

1.1 “Employer” means the organization that has entered into a commercial arrangement with the Company to provide access to the Platform as an employee wellness benefit.
1.2 “Services” means all features, tools, content, self-assessment questionnaires, AI-powered wellness tools, challenges, insights, dashboards, and functionality made available via the Platform.
1.3 “Sensitive Data” includes mental well-being related inputs, assessments, mood logs, journal entries, and chatbot interactions.

2.1 Age Restriction
The Platform is intended strictly for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Platform is not designed for, directed at, or knowingly accessible by minors.
2.2 Employer-Restricted Access
Access to the Platform is limited to employees of Employers whose official email domains have been approved and registered by the Company. Users must register using a valid Employer-issued email address and complete verification procedures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

Your use of the Platform does not create any healthcare provider-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, or professional advisory relationship.

The Platform is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric consultation. You should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
3.4 Emergency Disclaimer
If you believe you are at risk of harming yourself or others, you must immediately contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. The Company has no obligation to monitor or intervene and shall not be held liable for any such events.
3.5 Modification, Suspension, and Discontinuation of Services
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform, Services, features, or functionality at any time, with or without notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any portion thereof, including any loss of access, data, content, or features.
